Host Lovable, Bolt and v0 apps for clients with sign-in

Give a client a private link to an app built in Lovable, Bolt or v0, with an email sign-in and 24-hour guest passes for quick reviews.

When this fits

You built a client app or prototype in an AI app builder. The client should be able to use it, but it should not be on a public URL.

Steps

  1. 01

    Export the project to GitHub (public repository) or download it as a zip.

  2. 02

    Make sure package.json and package-lock.json are included. Leave out node_modules and dist.

  3. 03

    Connect it in Stedhold. It is detected as a Vite or Next.js app, then installed and built.

  4. 04

    Invite the client by email, or send a 24-hour guest pass for a quick review without an account.

Private settings and keys

These apps often use Supabase. Add VITE_SUPABASE_URL and the public anon key under Private settings and keys, then wake the app so the build picks them up.

Updating the client's app

Re-export, rebuild from the app page, and the client keeps the same link. If something breaks, roll back to the previous build.
